# Lactalis ve Nutri-Score: Avrupa Gıda Etiketlemesinde Kritik Bir Hukuki Mücadele

Gıda tüketiminde bilinçlenmenin artmasıyla birlikte, ürünlerin besin değerlerini anında kolayca görebilmeyi sağlayan Nutri-Score etiketi, Avrupa genelinde yaygınlaştı. Ancak özellikle inek sütü ve süt ürünleri sektöründe tartışmalara neden olan algoritma değişiklikleri, önemli bir hukuki mücadeleyi de beraberinde getirdi. Fransız süt devi Lactalis, Nutri-Score’un güncellenen algoritmasının adil olmadığını ve AB mevzuatına aykırı olduğunu iddia ederek, konuyu Avrupa Birliği’nin en üst mahkemesi olan Avrupa Adalet Divanı’na taşıdı. ## Nutri-Score Nedir? Güncellenen Algoritma ve Süt Ürünlerine Etkisi

Nutri-Score, gıda paketlerinin ön yüzünde yer alan renkli ve harfli bir beslenme etiketi sistemi. Ürünleri besin değerlerine göre A’dan (en iyi) E’ye (en düşük) kadar değerlendiriyor. Başlangıçta birçok Avrupa ülkesinde kabul görürken, zamanla özellikle doğal süt ürünleri kategorisinde tartışmalar ortaya çıktı.

2023’te Nutri-Score algoritmasında yapılan önemli bir değişiklikle, tamamen katkısız süt bazlı içecekler “gıda” kategorisinden “içecek” kategorisine alındı. Bu sınıflandırma değişikliği, bu ürünlerin puanlamasında sert düşüşlere sebep oldu. Örneğin, yarım yağlı süt “A” notundan “B”ye, tam yağlı doğal süt ise “B”den “C”ye indirildi. İçecek kategorisinde ise sadece su, “A” derecesini alabiliyor.

Bu değişiklik büyük tartışmalar yarattı; çünkü süt ve inek peyniri gibi ürünlerin besin değeri ve sağlık üzerindeki olumlu etkileri dikkate alınmadığı düşünülüyor. 2024’te Nutri-Score programının öncü üyelerinden Danone, algoritmadaki bu değişikliklere karşı gelerek programdan çekildi. Şimdi ise Lactalis benzer endişelerle konuyu mahkemeye taşıdı.
